Pokémon GO Community Day Walk

Celebrate Pokémon GO's November Community Day by walking around downtown Burlington! Patrons will meet at the library and walk for about an hour as they look for shiny pokémon. In the event of inclement weather, patrons will play Pokémon GO in the Teen Space.

Cookies and Canvases

Celebrate National Cookie Month by enjoying an array of cookies while painting on mini canvases, One canvas per person. If comfortable, patrons may leave their artwork for the library to display in the Teen Space.

Come to the library...if you dare. The library will be hosting a tween/teen Halloween Party in both the Pickering Room and the Teen Space. Activities include crafts, VR, carnival games, snacks, and more! Costumes encouraged.

Banned Book Reading

Come by the library and read a passage from your favorite banned/challenged book to honor Banned Books Week. Readings will go no longer than five minutes per patron.
