Library cards are free to Burlington property tax payers, renters, students and those who work in Burlington. For others living in Vermont the fee is $35 for an annual library card, or $20 for a 6-month card. Seniors (Ages 65 and up) pay $20 for an annual library card. If you live outside of Vermont the fee is $125.00 annually. Please fill out the application and your card will be ready to be picked up after 2-3 days. Please bring proof of address (I.D., utility bill, lease tax bill, etc.) when picking up your card and your fee payment if needed.
