Saturday, 10:15 - 11:45 am

Join Kara Rosa, a dedicated student and teacher at the Iyengar Yoga Center of Vermont for a free series of Iyengar Yoga at the Fletcher Free Library in Burlington. Classes taught in the Iyengar lineage are oriented toward gradual but steady progress making this practice accessible to all bodies and abilities. With a focus on proper engagement and alignment, Iyengar Yoga is a beneficial practice to support physical, mental and spiritual health throughout life.

About Kara:

I have been a dedicated student of yoga for over 10 years. My approach to teaching meets students where they are at, allowing progression to happen. I approach my practice of yoga from a place of determination and self improvement from micro to macro, and from gross to subtle. As a student of social work and yoga I believe and work towards making yoga accessible to everyBODY in sharing yoga as a secular tool in maintaining the body, mind and spirit.

*Classes are FREE but advanced registration is required. Visit IYCVT.com to register. If you are able, please bring a mat, two blocks, a belt, and three blankets.
