Wingspan Studio is a professional art studio and small education center. Owned by Maggie Standley, they use an arts integrated lens and underline arts, nature, culture, kindness and French.
Maggie is a fine artist specializing in large abstract paintngs, murals and unique decorative finishes. She has been an educator for 30 years and world explorer for 35. She inspires and encourages all to reach their potential. She champions at-promise youth and founded a scholarship program called Spread Your Wings, which to date has provided learning opportunities to 200+ youth. She also co-founded the Myrtle Street Community Avant Garden, setting a precedent in Burlington utilizing the CLP Fund (Conservation Legacy Program Fund) to preserve open space in the city. She believes in the transformative power of being around and creating beauty.
