Come to the library...if you dare. The library will be hosting a tween/teen Halloween Party in both the Pickering Room and the Teen Space. Activities include crafts, VR, carnival games, snacks, and more! Costumes encouraged.

Come by the library and read a passage from your favorite banned/challenged book to honor Banned Books Week. Readings will go no longer than five minutes per patron.

Drop by the library and make posters for the upcoming Burlington Pride Parade! All materials will be included.
Participation in the parade is not required. If you want to participate in the parade with the library, please RSVP here.

Show off your latest cosplay with our all-ages cosplay contest! This contest will be divided into four categories: youth (0-10), teen (11-18), adult (19+), and family. Cosplays can be from any fandom, but they must be family friendly.
Make a candle at the library! All materials will be provided. Note: The program length is roughly the amount of time it takes for the candle to harden.
